The apartment is newly renovated and includes a living room (sofa bed) and bedroom (double bed 1.40 x 2.00), bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. The apartment is on the upper floor, which can be reached via a wide staircase. From the apartment there is a beautiful view of a park. In the apartment there are two 140 cm double beds, one of which is a bunk bed. Therefore, for example, two adults can sleep downstairs and 2 children from 2 to 12 years can sleep upstairs. Since the Airbnb website unfortunately does not yet have the function to specify the number of children, please contact us if you are a family to find a common solution.

If Austria is too far for a short recharge of nature, tranquility and a log cabin atmosphere, our (fully fenced) Klein Elmau is waiting for you. A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

Relax in a cozy bedroom or on the cozy sleeping floor. The open kitchen and living room with pullout couch offer space to feel good. The fireplace ensures warm, cozy evenings – perfect for a relaxing break in the heart of the Elm-Lappwald.

Sunny, quiet apartment with large balcony

Our 60 m² guest apartment on the upper floor of a two-family house has an 18 m² balcony. It is located in the countryside on the eastern outskirts of Braunschweig. From here you can easily reach Braunschweig City with theaters, museums and traditional islands, Wolfsburg with Phaeno and Autostadt and the Harz Mountains. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house.
