In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Our light-flooded house is in a prime location in the port village of Zerpenschleuse 45 minutes by car north of Berlin. By public transport you can reach your destination from HB Berlin in a good hour. There is a lot to discover: hiking/ cycling in the Barnim Nature Park, in the Schorfheide Wildlife Park or in the UNESCO-protected Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. Small holiday home in the Uckermark on a historic farm in a secluded location. The house is designed very openly, it has two floors and a sleeping gallery. Best suited for 2 people.
