Distance: 7 min walk to Grünau S-Bahn station and 20 min to Berlin City. PS: I own an original 5 meter Riva boat from Italy for 6 people. Thus, a private boat tour in and through Berlin can also be booked at any time with me.

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the airport, yet very quiet for Berlin. 2 minutes away is a small village pond There are many green areas, hiking and cycling trails. The airport is 11 minutes away by car, but you could actually walk there, because there is a tunnel about 10-15 minutes walk away. The Schönefeld wave pool is 5 minutes away. Shopping facilities are available The center is 25 minutes by train.
