Apartment 1 "ansimali 1" is dog-friendly on the ground floor, Ideal for nature holidays with a dog. Pets and bicycles are welcome, with secure parking, Wi-Fi and lots of greenery around it. Our apartment is located in Sosa, only 8 km (11 min.) from Eibenstock and the swimming gardens. Nearby you can take advantage of many tourist attractions as well as enjoy beautiful hiking and cycling trails in beautiful nature. The Sosa dam is within walking distance of the apartment. The place offers cozy gastronomic facilities, various shopping facilities, baker, butcher, an ATM and near the apartment an Erzgebirge carving studio.

The cozy vacation rental is on the ground floor of an apartment building. Living room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom with shower is at your disposal here. There are sleeping options for max. 4 - 5 people. We now have a nice new double bed (1.40 m wide) and two single beds in the bedroom. So 3 - 4 people can sleep very comfortably. They also have their own parking space on our property.

Centrally but quietly located with wonderful views of the mountains and St. Wolfgang's Church, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our owner-occupied family home. As a former Royal Saxon Bobbin School and later branch of the Academy of Fine Arts, the building is now privately owned and is inhabited by us as the owner and family with 4 children.
