Cozy attic in the Sauerland

We rent our lovingly extended attic, which was inhabited by our daughter. In one room there is a cozy sleeping area with a double bed and a brand new TV, in the rest of the room you will find a sitting area with a sofa and armchair and a desk. We also added a new Wi-Fi reinforcement.In a small fridge you can keep food cool. There is also a kettle. A fan in case of heat is available.The room is decorated with laminate. If required, a visitor mattress or a cot can be added! You share the bathroom with us, which is certainly not a problem. Towels are available. The room is located in our large and open-plan family house. Of course, you can also use our kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need and the large dining table in the living area with fireplace. I am happy to make the guests a breakfast for 5€per person. In summer you can also sit in our garden and in front of the door is a private parking space. The location is great for hiking, but you can also walk 5 minutes to a bus stop that will take you to Lüdenscheid city in 10 minutes. There you can visit the sauna village. Not far away is a really good restaurant (walking distance)

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in beautiful Niedersetzen with your own bathroom and kitchen (incl. little Breakfast) Just a few steps to the forest, but only 5 minutes to City (by car)! The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low If you come with more than 3 you can use a 3rd Room with sleeping Couch too.

Wir bieten ein 12qm Zimmer für unsere Gäste aus aller Welt an. Das Zimmer hat auch noch einen durch eine Glastür getrennten ca. 2,5qm großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Es befindet sich im 1.OG unseres Hauses. Ein Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche steht zur freien Verfügung. Neben der Waschmaschine und dem Trockner kann auch unsere Küche und das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin im Erdgeschoss benutzt werden. Auf Wunsch wird ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück für 8 € Aufpreis pro Person angeboten.

Eine gemütliche helle Wohnung erwartet euch hier, die ihr mit mir und meiner Hündin teilen dürft. Die Wohnung liegt in eine ruhige aber zentrale Lage von Hagen. Die Fern Uni ist nur 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Studenten der Fernuni ,Frauen und Mädels sind hier sehr willkommen. Euren Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Single Bett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. . Die offene Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und hell. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche wird geteilt.
