Great apartment for outdoor activities newly renovated

We offer a furnished convenient 1-bedroom apartment for 1-2 people south of the Thuringian Forest. Our apartment is very comfortable and also has underfloor heating and Wi-Fi. The room is suitable for relaxing, sleeping and working. It has a cozy couch for up to 2 people. The kitchen has a rustic flair with a small table and two chairs. To the bathroom belongs a new shower, sink and a toilet. In the summer-time you can also use the terrace to enjoy the sun just outside of the apartement. In summer, you can explore countless trails in the Thuringian Forest. Unwind and enjoy in surrounding traditional pubs with traditional Thuringian and Franconian cuisine. In winter, there are many cross-country ski and skating trails. You can practice your winter sports actively or just take a relaxing walk in fresh and crispy winter air. For Cross-country skiers there is a variety of difficulties available, from simple to challenging trails. For skiers and snowboarders nearby slopes also rank from simple to challenging. At ski arena Silbersattel in Steinach, only 15 minutes drive from us, you can get the kick out of winter sports, even if you are just beginner. The area further offers the residence of Coburg (Bavaria), the Upper Main-Therme Bad Staffelstein (Bavaria) and the Meiningen Theater which are all worth a visit. Since we live next door to the apartment and are very familiar with the area, we also give you information about outdoor activities and other attractions in the area. Apartment with living/sleeping room. 1 double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and 1 single bed (0.90 × 2.00 m) and 1 crib are also available. Fully equipped separate cozy kitchen-living room and shower room. In summer there are seating and sunbathing facilities in the garden. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is at your doorstep Private sauna for rent in summer with outdoor shower (including towels, bathrobe and infusion from 10 am - 6 pm) Feel free to rent bikes in summer by appointment. We are happy to provide sleds for children.

Apartment in the middle of the old town

My apartment is about 35 square meters in the middle of the old town on the first floor in a backyard, so usually very quiet in the evening. Close to art and culture ,restaurants, and shopping. We are in the pedestrian zone, therefore there is no parking directly at the house, but the parking garage at the cathedral square is only about 300 meters away on foot. Please understand that smoking is prohibited in the apartment, in the backyard there is a kl garden where you can enjoy that in the fresh air

Our Rhöner country house is located directly in the Rhön am Feldberg biosphere reserve, in the immediate vicinity of the Rotes Moor on charming hiking and mountain bike trails. This feeling of peace and relaxation in nature is reflected in our country house. The large terrace is particularly inviting. Either enjoy the view of the Rhön with a sun lounger in the sun, barbecue together or admire the starry sky at night.
