Very cozy attic apartment almost directly on the forest, but only 15 minutes by car from the Documentary City of Kassel. A day trip to the Unesco World Heritage Site Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park including Hercules is worthwhile. Great hiking trails (e.g. Habichtswaldsteig). Rewe, Aldi, pharmacy and ATM in the village. Swimming pool and cinema 10 minutes away by car.

Enjoy life at this quiet and centrally located home. Walking in 10-12 min. to the central station and in 15-20 min. in the pedestrian zone. 250m to the bus stop, 350m to the nearest EDEKA and Lidl.
