Located on a former shipyard site, you can reach the beach in a few minutes walking distance. The apartment was newly renovated in February 2025. With the well-equipped kitchen, you can optimally cater for yourself. On request, a barrel sauna is available directly to the nearest beach at an extra cost (only in winter).

Holzhaus / Garden Cottage close to Baltic Sea

Garden cottage in idyllic garden, for couples or small families with 1-2 children. Wooden house, small but cosy. We try to avoid plastic and our living room is not dominated by a big TV (although a small one with standard satellite connection is available). Wireless internet access available. Best for people, seeking tranquility, time for reading books, breathing fresh air, star gazing, sitting around the fire place.

The property is located in a new building that stands on our property. The newly furnished 2-room non-smoking apartment can be reached via a few steps. You will find a modern and fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher, sink and fridge with freezer compartment. A coffee pod machine is also provided. In the living area there is a sofa bed, the lying surface is 140 x 200 cm.
