Delightful North Norfolk Victorian Retreat

Your accommodation is separate from the main house and was part of a Victorian School built in the 1800's .It is self contained . It is situated in the heart of North Norfolk being only 20 minutes from the sea . Norfolk is mainly an agricultural county with many farms and quaint villages and amazing coastline . From here you are also only 25-30 minutes from Norwich the Main City which is of great historic interest with a castle & two cathedrals , it also has a great market and great shopping .

The annexe provides light, spacious and comfortable self-contained accommodation close to the centre of the historic market town of Aylsham, midway between Norwich & Cromer. There are pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Walkers & cyclists have easy access to the Weavers' Way, Rebellion Way and Marriott Way, while the beautiful Norfolk coast and Broads are within 30 minutes' drive and the National Trust properties of Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall are very close by.

Aylsham is midway between Norwich and Cromer and 10 miles from the Broads and close to Blickling Hall. Little Flints is a small, bright and modern annex attached to our house. It is very quiet and peacefully located. South facing windows and door to the front, with a small lawned area for guests use. A colourful mezzanine bedroom with skylight which allows you to lay in bed and watch the stars!
