Vintage Splendor is a beautiful, charming historic home with all today's amenities. We are located in the Village of Douglas and are on The Historic Home Walking Tour. This large home boasts 3 formal bedrooms, 2-1/2 Bathrooms and a den that serves as a 4th bedroom. This Victorian home sleeps 10 with 6 beds (Two King, Two Queen, & a pull out Trundle.

When renting our entire property we can host up to 18. Our property is on a well traveled street that leads directly to the Lake Michigan public beaches. You will be within walking distance to restaurants, downtown, parks and we have a coffee shop across the street! Option to add the other (2) cottages for additional guests.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located retreat. Located on a half acre. Recently completed a remodel; everything in this home is new. Bedroom one has a king-size bed. Bedroom two has a queen. The sofa sleeper is also a queen with a memory foam mattress. For the yoga enthusiast the side deck is the perfect space to get centered. The cottage is located in walking distance of Clearbrook Golf Course and just a short drive to Oval Beach or downtown Saugatuck.

The kitchen features modern appliances, extensive counter space, and white cabinetry. A large dining table with upholstered chairs is positioned in the center, surrounded by natural light from multiple windows. A rustic chandelier hangs above, enhancing the inviting atmosphere.
