Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

The sunny, light-flooded apartment "Scheunendiele" is located in a converted half-timbered barn with its own garden and sun terrace. Spacious 60 square meters, living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for 2-4 people. The dining area equipped for up to 4 people is next to the living area with a couch and armchairs and an additional reading corner by the fireplace. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

Modern studio in the heart of the historic old town

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m² Towels and linens included. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

The tourist tax is included in your booking fee. You will be staying in a lovingly renovated apartment with a roof terrace on the upper floor in an old settlement house. (original staircase up) You can enjoy the comfort and great climate in an apartment cleaned with clay and straw. We only used ecological building materials for the colors and floors. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished accordingly. For us, the Baltic Sea has long been our second home and has become our new home. You are welcome to find your second home in our holiday apartment. In the bedroom there is room for two and a cot also finds its place.
