Only 6 kilometers separate the village of Steffenshagen from the coast in the north. During a pleasant hike in the fresh Baltic Sea air, you can quickly reach the forest-rich mountain range "Kühlung" in the west. So in an apartment in Steffenshagen you live right in the center of a region that has as much to offer as hardly any other area on the Baltic Sea coast.

I have a holiday apartment with 64 square meters of living space here. It is all at ground level, so it is also suitable for age. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, where an extra bed is possible in the larger one. The kitchen is fully equipped. The terrace invites you to sit and grill comfortably. The apartment is located between the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde. All beaches can be reached in half an hour. If you're looking for a little peace and relaxation, I'm in the right place.

Die geräumige Unterkunft (93 qm) hat einen Schlafraum mit Doppelbett, Flur und Bad, sowie einen Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa (Kinderbetten sind nicht vorhanden) und offener Küche. Vom Wohnraum gelangt man auf die Terrasse zum Verweilen. Für Fahrräder steht ein abschließbarer Raum zur Verfügung. Ein Auto kann unter dem Carport geparkt werden. Via Schlüsselsafe ist die Anreise ab 15:00 und die Abreise bis 11:00 Uhr möglich.

Our central location makes us an ideal base for excursions to Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn and Rostock. The car can be left behind, thanks to the connection to public transport. Upon arrival, a tourist tax will be charged, which is €2/person in the high season and €1/person in the low season. Fee per pet/night € 5

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In the morning, at breakfast on the terrace, you can watch the sheep and hear the birds chirping. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fireplace or watch the fire crackle in the fireplace. It is 18 kilometers to the beach in Warnemünde. The city center of Rostock is 11 kilometers away.

The 3-room apartment is 108 square meters and exceptionally furnished. Each room has a large TV and box spring beds. The modern open kitchen is equipped with everything you need. You can enter the balcony directly from the living room. Here you can enjoy the sunset and look over all of Bad Doberan. The apartment is not for fitters.
