The deer jump at the edge of the horse paddock, and if you look closely, you can see the fox and, depending on the season, the wild geese, storks or cranes flying over the farm, and the rooster crows too early 🐓 (!). You come to a small organic farm with an organic shop with vegetable cultivation, chickens, geese, cattle, cats and dogs. The space is completely ecologically renovated and can also be used as a seminar room or for events. There is a total of about 90 m². Kitchen and bathroom with shower. In addition, a large room with a double bed on the platform and a small room with mattress storage. The large room is heated with a pellet stove. Ohlsen Vacation Rental

I have a vacation apartment here with about 80 sqm. The kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The other rooms are on the 2nd floor. Next to the entrance there is a terrace for your own use. Parking on a closed site would also be provided. The property is centrally located between the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn, Rerik, Heiligendamm and Warnemünde. All destinations can be reached in about 30 minutes. We also have a swimming lake in our town. Shopping facilities are on site.
