This newly renovated (2024) two-story home features 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Enjoy outdoor dining and lounging on the patio in the large garden. Inside, there's air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a separate study. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, and laundry is easy with a washing machine and tumble dryer. All linens and beach towels are provided!

È certamente la zona più bella e tranquilla di tutto il litorale di Pula, spiaggia ampia con sabbia bianca, mare limpido Località ideale per una famiglia con bambini. La spiaggia dista soltanto 10 metri dalla casa. Possibilità di noleggio Kayak a 50 metri.
