Zur Tal Station des Lifts benötigen Sie 3 Gehminuten, gleich weit ist der Bus-Stop entfernt, der Sie in nur wenigen Minuten zum Lift des Berges Maierl bzw. zur Gondelbahn Fleckalm bringt. Von hier aus kommen Sie dann in das grosse Ski Resort der Kitzbüheler Alpen. Im Sommer ist der wunderschön angelegte Kirchberger Badesee über einen kurzen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Wandern starten Sie am besten faktisch vor dem Haus. Bike Trails finden sich sowohl am Gaisberg als auch an der Fleckalm. Unweit gibt es bereits kleinere Lokale und Restaurants von tirolerisch, über italienisch bis hin zum Steakhouse. Im Dorfzentrum finden Sie Unterhaltung in Cafés, Bars oder traditionellen Wirtshäusern. Das Apartment verfügt über einen Vorraum, ein Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer en Suite, einen Wohnraum mit Sat TV und einer Couch, die man für 2 weiter Personen ausklappen kann. The cozy apartment is located in a great location. Restaurant & shopping are available. In summer, many hiking trails can be reached directly from the property. Lakes, swimming pools, playgrounds, gondolas & downhill possibilities can be reached either by bike or with a short drive. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is right around the house and is accessible by walking. Ski touring or downhill skiing is also reachable within 5 minutes by car.

Welcome to nature! Welcome to the Holzerhof! The cozy 2 room apartment with about 50m2 is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse. On both sides of the apartment you can go outside on the terraces and enjoy the morning or evening sun. In the bedroom a cot can be placed. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. The farmhouse is located in a secluded location directly on the hiking trail and at night you can only hear the crickets pine.

The vacation apartment with mountain view is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof. The apartment has no balcony.
