The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

From the large window of the cabin, you have a wonderful view of the flock of sheep, depending on the season. The region is perfect for hiking and cycling. There are several lakes and smaller bodies of water nearby. The tiny house is in a secluded location. There is a fire pit with a grill. We provide the ingredients for making campfire bread. There is firewood in the yard.

Our cozy vacation rental in the small village of Bülitz in the Altmark region offers space for 2–4 people over approximately 70 m² (750 sq. ft.). The duplex is spread over two floors and offers a quiet location and panoramic views of the countryside. Old walls, exposed wooden beams, brick, and clay plaster create a unique ambience in the rooms, combining rustic charm with modern conveniences such as underfloor heating and fiber-optic internet. Die voll ausgestattete Wohnung bietet Platz für 2-3 Personen. Außenbereich: kleiner eingezäunter Garten mit Grill-Möglichkeit. The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Full kitchen, toilet with shower, private entrance, & more. Beach, 150m away, full use of garden.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer... 

Living in an old school

There is no central heating. There is a convection oven, which is similar to a tiled stove, but quickly provides cozy warmth. The place is heated on arrival, and the heat usually lasts until the next morning. Cheering is easy! Relax, also enjoy silence in a stylish guest apartment, feel comfortable no matter the weather.
