Regardless of the season, this is the perfect place for those who love the outdoors and relaxation. Swimming dock with rowing boat straight below the house. Cycling and hiking trails just around the corner. In winter, when the ice is on, you can walk to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car in 3. Free electric car charging. The house has 3 bedrooms (6 beds), kitchen, 1 bathroom and is our little paradise! Outdoor furniture & outdoor shower May-Sept.

Fisherman's cottage by the sea

Humlan, our gem in the Söderhamn archipelago! An old fishing area that now consists of holiday homes, about a mile from the city. Here you can both get peace by the sea, enjoy a large garden and large terrace, and get out on the water with SUP or kayak. The house is about 80 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, and 4 built-in sleeping alcoves. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, fridge and freezer. Fresh bathroom with washing machine. In the garden, a guest house with room for 2 sleeping guests. Maximum 6 guests can be accommodated.

Farmhouse in rural environment with pool and sauna

The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and Wi-Fi available. On the property there is a gym with ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. Summertime there is also a heated swimming pool. An additional home in large apartment can also be rented.

A covered veranda features wooden flooring and white railings, providing a view of the water. Several black chairs are positioned to enjoy the surrounding natural scenery, with trees lining the banks of the river in the background.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Nice accommodation with sea plot

Relax in this unique and tranquil home right by the sea. The cottage has a villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and stove with induction stove etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Take a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, and 2 SUP boards are available to borrow.

Welcome to the newly renovated house on our property. The house is renovated in a modern country style. The lower floor is completed and contains an entrance, hallway, kitchen, living room, bedroom and outdoor terrace with a gas grill. On our farm you live in a scenic location with close distance to many of Hälsingland's sights and attractions. About 400 meters from the farm runs Galvån with good opportunities for fishing and swimming. There is also a wood-fired sauna that can be used. Hälsingeleden for hiking is nearby

The cottage is located 10 minutes by car from central Söderhamn and 10 minutes walking distance to the golf course as well as public beach. An idyllic location for both sun and silence.
