The accommodation is a private basement, the host lives on the upper floor. There is kitchenware, a kitchenette and coffee maker as well as a fireplace. Nice accommodation with sea plot

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation right by the sea. The cottage has villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hot air oven and stove with induction hob etc. Enjoy the views, the sunset and maybe a little northern lights. Take a walk in the woods and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing swim in the sea. Canoe, and 2 SUP boards are available to borrow.

Cold winter has caused the water to freeze. Please ask before booking! Accommodation closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.

The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cozy cottage of 27 sqm with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen and veranda of 29 sqm with magnificent view of Siljan. The cottage is located on our own property (5,000 sqm) in the nice village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The bed is made and clean towels are provided when you arrive, it's easy to feel at home here! The village is located along Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.
