Newly built small house with lake views. Located in the small village of Sätra, nice environment for both cycling and walking. Approximately 4 km to central Rättvik, approximately 5 km to the Dalhalla arena with many different music events in summer. The guest house is located next to our residential house with lake views. Some nearby residential buildings, yet a quiet location. Combined living room and kitchen with sofa bed, becomes a double bed when made up. Bedroom with 140 cm bed. Room for 3-4 people. Guests are responsible for bed linens and towels (can be rented) and cleaning.

Cycling and hiking trails just around the corner. In winter, when the ice is on, you can walk to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car in 3. Free electric car charging. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave,coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4a. The bathroom farmhouse gem, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs there is the bedroom, 160 bed, a small sofa and armchair as well as swivel smart TV. The farmhouse is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

We live in the main house and are available if you have any questions. Guests will have access to the cottage and barbecue area in the garden. Parking, WiFi, A/C and cleaning included. Bed linens & towels can be rented for SEK 50/person Travel bed for children & high chair can be borrowed. Good to know: The main property where the host family lives has a doorbell with a camera.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home right by the sea. The cottage has a villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and stove with induction stove etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Take a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, and 2 SUP boards are available to borrow.

In the yard, you can move freely, in the barn, children usually love to climb, skateboard and play ping pong. Jump on the trampoline. Less than 10 minutes down to fantastic swimming area, fun for children. In the yard, there are bikes for guided cycling and kayaks to rent if you feel like it. If you are several, there is also Gammelgården with 8 beds to rent.

Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.
