Welcome to our house in El Espinar, between Ávila, Segovia and Madrid, and very close to the most beautiful landscapes of the Sierra Norte. Recently renovated, it is a comfortable and quiet place, ideal for teleworking, spending a vacation or simply disconnecting for a few days. It has a large capacity barbecue, gas paella pan, jacuzzi, swimming pool, high-speed WiFi, work area, smart TV in the living room and bedroom, chillout with sofa and sun loungers.

Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

Places of interest: Valverde de los Arroyos, Tamajón, Incredible views, Hayedo Tejera Negra. Lush oak forests, Pico Ocejón, Las Chorreras Despeñalagua, the route of the Black Villages, light, the comfort of the bed, the cozy space. You'll love my place because it's newly opened, all designed to be very comfortable, incredible views and very individual. Ideal for couples getaways. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, and pets.
