The apartment is air-conditioned, spacious and comfortable to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The location is taken care of down to the smallest detail so as to make it comfortable to enjoy a pleasant vacation, without giving up a view of the town, the waterfront and the salt pans. All major shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets are within walking distance. The beaches (Maladroxia, Coe Quaddus, Portixeddu, Cala Sapone) can be reached in 10 minutes by bus or car.

In Carbonia, a town in southwestern Sardinia, centrally located and convenient for reaching all the wonders of the area, is my little house. From 10 to 30 minutes by car you can visit wonderful beaches and more, because this area is rich in dream seaside but also in food and wine culture, folkloristic traditions, history, archeology and sports. The house, brand new and bright, is in the center in the immediate vicinity of every useful service.

House in wonderful Sardinia, comfort and relaxation

A lovely apartment located 1 km from the white beaches of Porto Pino. Fully furnished and equipped with all modern comforts : washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, flat-screen TV and air conditioning. Excellent condition,located inside a private condominium equipped with an electric gate with personal remote control, private outdoor parking and condominium pool ( pool open from June 1 to September 30) Suggestive panoramic view.

House on the beach

House in front of the sea on the beach of Is Pruinis, on the island of Sant'Antioco. The best aspect of this house is the view. This beach is particularly suitable for children beacuse the water is not deep for a big distance in comparison to other beaches of the island, in windy days it is also perfect for kyte surfing. This is not the nicest beach of the island, but it is half way between the nicest beaches and the town.

A clear view of the serene sea stretches towards the horizon beneath a partly cloudy sky. The water transitions from deep blue to light turquoise, with rocky formations visible just below the surface, enhancing the coastal landscape.
