Small but delightful annex of Il Rustico, a delightful vacation home located within a private park and immersed in the fantastic Monte di Portofino Park, located between San Rocco and Camogli. The beautiful location, in addition to providing relaxing views, is a few kilometers from the main towns of the Levante (Portofino, Santa Margherita, San Fruttuoso, Rapallo, Cinque Terre, ....). The beach and sea are accessible both on foot and by public transport. Il Rustico is also in a strategic position for accessing the Monte Portofino Park and all its trails of varying difficulty and beauty that allow you to go trekking, walking, and running. The house consists of a living room with a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Outside there is a large gazebo where you can eat and relax in an outdoor lounge enjoying the beautiful view of the Ligurian Gulf.

Lovely apartment, in a tower of an ancient building, on the hills of Santa Margherita Ligure. In the charming village of San Lorenzo della Costa, overlooking the Tigullio Gulf. Perfect to reach Santa Margherita Ligure, Rapallo and Camogli (10 min. by car), Portofino and Cinque Terre, and then, relax in a cosy and quiet place, where you can soak into the local atmophere. If you like hiking, you will enjoy the panoramic trails in the Portofino National Park, reachable on foot from the apartment.

Apartment in a semi-detached house surrounded by greenery in San Lorenzo della Costa, a hamlet of Santa Margherita Ligure. Independent entrance through an automated gate, the entrance is a little narrow (see photo) we recommend the use of medium-small cars, a few meters away. The building consists of kitchen, living room, double bedroom, bedroom, bathroom. A three-minute walk away you will find the bus stop, a bar , a small grocery store, two restaurants .
