Our place is a spacious 1 bedroom/1 bath unit with absolutely stunning views of the San Francisco coastline. From our deck, you can see the Golden Gate Bridge towers, beautiful Pacifica State beach with its many surfers, it is just a fabulously lovely view. We're the highest house on Pedro Point, so we've got the best views in the area! This is the middle floor of our 3 story duplex house. The upper floor is a studio apartment and the lower floor is another 2 rooms that can go with this unit.

One large bedroom, one bathroom, well stocked kitchen with all new appliances, lovely private back patio area...all this and only a 3 block walk to University Ave (fabulous restaurants & shopping), 3 minute walk to CalTrain, 10 minute walk to the Stanford Campus (or take Stanford Shuttle just 2 blocks away)! No need to drive although space for 2 cars, one undercover.

AFTER WE CLEAN, WE DISINFECT ALL SURFACES. Relax in our beautiful newly renovated flat. Both bathrooms were remodeled and brand new. The kitchen was updated and the wood floors just polished. I added a penthouse suite for me to live in on the top floor, so others can enjoy the rest of my flat. Your space will be entirely private. I can be present for any issues. There is a beautiful patio to enjoy outdoors. Sorry, absolutely no parties, Karaoke or boomboxes.

Cozy condo in the heart of Alameda

Our home is 2 blocks from downtown Park Street, where there are dozens of restaurants, bars and shops and a 15 minute walk from the beach for playtime and sunsets. This place is great for solo adventurers, business travelers, couples and small families, too. You may hear the pitter patter of children upstairs from time to time, but never at night. We are a very friendly family and look forward to hosting you!
