The "Avenida Apartment" is a modern studio apartment, in an anti-seismic building from 2008, very cozy, with lots of light, located in the historic center of the city of Horta, Faial Island, Azores, in the middle of the marginal avenue, close to bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, commerce in general and areas of tourist interest, a 10-minute walk from Conceição beach, the maritime terminal and Porto Pim beach. It has an excellent view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Mountain of Pico Island.

It has a traditional moth architecture that dates back to the beginning of the last century. In grinding, a philosophy based on the traditional and sustainable is practiced. This tradicional stone house rightly bears the name "Casa Vista Fantástica". Look forward to a fantastic, unobstructed view of the wide Atlantic Ocean and the neighboring island of Pico with Portugal's highest mountain "Montanha do Pico", 2,351m. The rooms go up to the roof and convey a great feeling of space. The jewel of the house is the large conservatory, wich is glazed on 3 sides inluding the roof, and which might be better be called a summer garden.

An almost 100 year old sea front house turned in to a comfortable and picturesque cottage by the sea.
