Very nice 2-room apartment with balconies in the hyper center

In the city center, very nice 2 bedroom apartment, 37 m² on the 2nd floor with balconies. Ideally located close to the thermal baths and all amenities. It consists of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped kitchen as well as a sofa convertible into a 140cm bed. All facing south and west opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama from Sancy to Puy de Gros. IT has one bedroom with storage and a queen bed in 180cm. Finally a bathroom with shower and WC.

A cozy bedroom is furnished with a spacious bed featuring two large pillows. Two yellow chairs are positioned adjacent to a wood-paneled kitchenette with a coffee machine and a refrigerator. A large glass shower cabin with modern fittings is visible, enhancing the room's functional design.

There's a lot of hiking trails... In winter, a shuttle bus takes you down the Mont Dore slopes. It has a cellar for storing skis,bikes... You will find a raclette service, coffee maker, fan, hair dryer... There is space and very bright.
