I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

The exterior features a charming stone facade with blue shutters. A set of glass doors leads to the interior, and a small outdoor seating area is arranged with a round table and four chairs, bordered by gravel and greenery.

The house is 15 minutes from Aubusson, 30 minutes from the lakes of Lavaud-Gelade and Vassivière, and is surrounded by trails for walking, running or dreaming.
