Ideally located 5 min walk from the city center and shops. Quiet neighborhood. It is located on the ground floor of our main residence, independent entrance. Bright and comfortable to live in. Small outdoor courtyard with table, chairs and deckchairs. 2 bikes are available. The room is not equipped with shutters but with blackout curtains. Bed made on arrival, towels provided. Shower gel, shampoo, soap. Coffee, infusions, chocolate, bottle of water available.

Bring the whole family or friends to this great place with lots of room for fun. At the bottom of the D996 connecting Ambert to St Antheme, 200 m from the Col des Pradeaux, it offers you a breathtaking view of the "Puy de Loire" and the Dore Valley. a package of €15 per stay (not for cleaning because the accommodation is left clean most of the time) which corresponds to the cleaning of sheets and towels.
