This 30 m² cottage, converted in 2024 under the roof of an outbuilding, is ideally located in the countryside just 3 km from the village of La Roche de Glun and 2 km from the Viarhona. This studio includes a main room with an equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed (more suitable for children) and a sleeping area equipped with a 160 x 200 bed. This cottage also includes a bathroom with shower and toilet. Guests will have a space to park the car and a private courtyard.

It is located 500 meters after the exit of the village, along a road, just close enough to pick up bread on foot or by bike. The exterior, very flowery, is maintained at a minimum to favor biodiversity. If you're looking for a house with nothing sticking out, it's not here ;)

Shops 2 km away: grocery store, bakery, butcher, post office...

Atypical 75 m2 stone house, quiet hamlet in the heart of Ardèche. Ideally located for hiking, biking, sightseeing. Beds made on arrival, bath towels, dish towels provided. Children's games. Basic ingredients. Internet access. Separate night area from living rooms allows rest and privacy. Please note that the bathroom and small bedroom have a low ceiling and are not suitable for people over 1.80 m.
