"La Clé de Saint-Georges" Gîte

This 30 m² cottage, converted in 2024 under the roof of an outbuilding, is ideally located in the countryside just 3 km from the village of La Roche de Glun and 2 km from the Viarhona. This studio includes a main room with an equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed (more suitable for children) and a sleeping area equipped with a 160 x 200 bed. This cottage also includes a bathroom with shower and toilet. Guests will have a space to park the car and a private courtyard.

The sweety house of St Peray

Welcome! 👋 🌸 Sweety stone house on 2 levels; with 1 garden and 2 sunny and equipped terraces. The house is located in the countryside, at the foot of the protected Crussol massif. You will undoubtedly appreciate the hiking/mountain biking trails, climbing site, guided walks departing from the castle... all within walking distance. The house also proves to be a good base for discovering our vineyards (3 AOC St Peray, Cornas, St Joseph) and our culinary specialties!

Country home in Drôme des Collines

House of 175 m2 in Drôme des collines with private swimming pool (not heated). This house on 2 floors will charm you and remind you of the taste of a rustic but comfortable holiday. It is located 500 meters after the exit of the village, along a road, just close enough to pick up bread on foot or by bike. The exterior, very flowery, is maintained at a minimum to favor biodiversity. If you're looking for a house with nothing sticking out, it's not here ;)

Between Crest and Valence, La Grande Maison is a charming bed & breakfast, ideally located in front of the Vercors between the Drôme valley and the Provence at 15 minutes from the Valence TGV station and the A7. This magnificent 19th century house includes 3 double rooms and 2 family rooms. It is located in a 4000 m² park and has a heated swimming pool (12x4 m). Since December 2019, Audrey and Séverine Lauzier, two sisters, have taken over the guest house.

Welcome to the Villa du Lac. Here, rest is assured in the heart of nature. Come and enjoy water activities and nearby hikes (for all levels). Small functional house (80 m2) with terrace (40 m2) and garden. Between the lake and the mountains, the accommodation is located in a quiet condominium, a 10-minute walk to the beach and the port (waterfront restaurants, paddle rental, pedal boats...). Shops 2 km away: grocery store, bakery, butcher, post office...

The gîte and B&B of the Fabrique des Luddites is a fully renovated 135m2 character house nestled in a former 19th-century fabric factory surrounded by a large park at the foot of a wooded hill. The gîte has three bedrooms, a 20m2 kitchen, a 45m2 living/dining room with video projector and a library, and is surrounded by a large outdoor garden with a dining area. It is suitable for families or groups of up to 8 people. Free Wi-Fi and private parking.

Hi , New house (15 minutes from Valence – 10 minutes from the highway exit) 70 m² wood frame on a plot of about 700 m² in a space not overlooked in the middle of nature with dominant views of the Rhône Valley, Vercors, the Plaine de Valence and the medieval village of Charmes-sur-Rhône. The accommodation consists of a large 37 m² living room with bay windows and opens onto a covered terrace. All shops are nearby and within walking distance.

Atypical 75 m2 stone house, quiet hamlet in the heart of Ardèche. Ideally located for hiking, biking, sightseeing. Beds made on arrival, bath towels, dish towels provided. Children's games. Basic ingredients. Internet access. Separate night area from living rooms allows rest and privacy. Please note that the bathroom and small bedroom have a low ceiling and are not suitable for people over 1.80 m.
