2 rooms of 20m2 disposed on 2 floors, in an old Chalet from 1761 entierly rebuilt. It is warmed by a firewood stove (please call us to burn it on the first time) and electrical radiators. Nice view on the old bread oven, flowered fountain and Aiguilles dwarves monts. Quiet village without car flow. Massing shower. Code safe. Locked room to storage bikes, skis or so what. We can host you in english, german and french. TV, speed Wifi, Toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, fridge, italian coffee tool.

It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, cayak, canoeing, bicycle riding. Ideal to leave directly for ski touring since the terrace towards the snowy summits. He is located 100 meters away from the village Boudin (road of col du Pré), of the main road and in 3 kilometers away from Areches. On Wednesday, July 18th, the Tour de France will pass in front of the chalet!!!
