Hamlet house from 1820 with magnificent views of the lake, mountains and Duingt Castle. Located on the mountainside in one of the last preserved hamlets of Lake Annecy, village house atmosphere with beautiful terrace over the garden and magnificent views. Between swimming in front of the house, walking in the forest (waterfall), cycling, various water sports and... "aperitifs facing the setting sun", that's enough to recharge your batteries! Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Small completely renovated apartment, located on the ground floor of a chalet on the heights of the hamlet of Chaparon, authentic village at the end of Lake Annecy. An ideal location for enjoying the calm, walks and water activities. With a living room/kitchen area, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a small outdoor area with a nice view (passage in front of the apartment to access my son's apartment), parking space.

The accommodation is located 9 km from Saint Jorioz beach, 20 km from Annecy and 15 km from the Semnoz family ski resort.
