Hamlet house from 1820 with magnificent views of the lake, mountains and Duingt Castle. Located on the mountainside in one of the last preserved hamlets of Lake Annecy, village house atmosphere with beautiful terrace over the garden and magnificent views. Between swimming in front of the house, walking in the forest (waterfall), cycling, various water sports and... "aperitifs facing the setting sun", that's enough to recharge your batteries! Because you certainly prefer the tranquility of the countryside to the large artificial and overcrowded ski resorts, or you like paddleboarding, fishing, paragliding, walks in the forest, reading in the alpine pastures, or just have a good evening raclette with friends, this place is for you! Small completely renovated apartment, located on the ground floor of a chalet on the heights of the hamlet of Chaparon, authentic village at the end of Lake Annecy. An ideal location for enjoying the calm, walks and water activities. With a living room/kitchen area, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a small outdoor area with a nice view (passage in front of the apartment to access my son's apartment), parking space.
