Panoramic gîte with lake view balcony

Niché dans un parc de 5000 mètres carrés classé la bâtisse principale face au lac est inscrite au patrimoine historique local. Sur le coté un bâtiment en bois abrite nos espace bien être avec sa piscine et son jacuzi. Dans le parc un salon dans les arbres perché à 6 mètres de hauteur. Chaque chambre est décorée avec des objets et meubles de familles ou chinés ça et là aux détours de nos voyages. Partout des oeuvres d'art pour le plaisir des yeux. Enfants bienvenus à partir de 12 ans

The big blue. Villa for 7 people. Lake view.

In Saint-Jorioz, a house with spectacular views of the lake and mountains. Surrounded by greenery. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Come and discover our neighboring town, Annecy, in summer the beaches around the lake, in winter our nearest ski resorts, the Semnoz, the Mageriaz for downhill skiing, the Revard, the Feclaz, Saint-François for Nordic skiing in the Bauges Regional Nature Park. A little further on, you will find La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand etc...

15 minutes from the lake on foot, 40 minutes from the ski slopes, an ideal apartment for families or groups of friends, located on the ground floor of a family house. Ideal for a wedding at the castle, the animated film festival, a sporting event. Mountain, swimming, walks… Bus to La Clusaz, Grand Bornand, Annecy, Talloires. Very nice bike path. House fully equipped with appliances, dishes, linens. Independent access. We do not allow pets or parties😉

Beautiful air-conditioned villa,pool, Side of the Lake

House on 3 levels, with terrace, beautiful swimming pool 10x3 meters, very beautiful view, charm, contemporary and refined decoration. Balcony with views of Menthon Castle. Very quiet and pleasant place, beautiful garden with trees giving shade nooks. Kitchen overlooking the pool, making pleasant moments for aperitifs and meals. Garden furniture with outdoor sofas and umbrella. The house is air-conditioned. City center and lake 5 and 7 minutes walk.
