Lovely house located in the heart of the village of Saignes, (many shops, doctors, pharmacy) welcomes you for a holiday in the green country: hiking, biking, fishing, swimming .... 500m from the accommodation, sports complex: football field, tennis, athletics track, multi-sport field, children's games, municipal swimming pool (open from June 1 to August 31). Single storey house on fenced and wooded grounds. Large terrace with electric awning, garden furniture and BBQ Private parking for 2 cars

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Charming peaceful cottage in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes. It has a relaxation area with a jacuzzi, a fenced garden and two private parking spaces. Shops are 200m from the property and others in nearby towns. Champagnac is an old mining town that is close to several lakes for swimming in summer (car) as well as hiking trails. In winter, 3 ski resorts are less than an hour's drive from the accommodation.
