The apartment is centrally located in the old part of Sæby on the ground floor of this beautiful house right between the harbor and the city. There is a bright kitchen in open connection with the living room, a nice bathroom, a bedroom with the possibility for storage in the large closet wall. With a sofa bed, there is the possibility of up to 4 sleeping places in the apartment. There is also a private parking space attached to the apartment.

Our small cozy cottage, is perfectly located in quiet and scenic surroundings close to both the sea and the forest. The house offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. Outside you will find cozy terraces, where you can, among other things, sit under the covered terrace and relax in the sun or enjoy long evenings in the fresh air. The summerhouse is located between Lyngså, which has the most beautiful beaches in the coast and Voerså city with, among other things, shopping and yachts. 1000 m to the sea!

The annex is located on a natural plot in the woods with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg, 15 minutes to the city bus. Whether it's a city vacation, golf, mountain biking, road cycling, you have plenty of opportunities to meet your needs here with us. We are happy to help you with good advice if you ask. The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. Here you will find nature, peace and plenty of cosiness in authentic surroundings. The house is the original cottage built around 1930, while we live in a newer house on the property. The house deserves to be lived in and cared for, and you – our guests, contribute to that. We also appreciate offering our guests a different type of holiday and on a budget.
