House with spa, lovely garden and only 7 km to the beach.

The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

Bright nice kitchen with lots of cookware and everything in appliances. Large bathroom with shower and a nice sauna. Electricity and water are charged according to consumption.

Fantastically located log house

Welcome to Lynghytten in Lyngså. At the end of the cul-de-sac is this lovely and stylishly decorated log house with direct access to the protected natural area - Professor's Plantation - and with only 500m to lovely, child-friendly Kattegat by private and direct path. The house only has a neighbor on one side and is on the other side next to a beautiful natural area where you can often see wildlife. There are very good opportunities for walks to both the water and in the plantation as well as there are many good MTB opportunities

Beautiful house that was renovated in 2023. The house is bright and has plenty of space for the whole family, but is also ideal for a romantic weekend. There are many wonderful amenities such as a wilderness bath, gas grill, garden games and activity table. The cottage has a lovely terrace as well as a lounge area. The house is only a 10-minute walk from the forest and a good beach The house is heated for arrival The house includes: - linens - towels - salt/oil etc. - Coffee/tea All you need to bring is firewood

Indenfor findes stor sofa, køkken, moderniseret badeværelse med bruser. En dejlig have der indbyder til sjov og leg, og kun 1000 meter til stranden på de varme dage. Minigolf, vandland og put & take fiskesø ved Lagunen kun 600 meter væk. Legeplads 150 meter fra huset. Sommerhuset er inkl. sengelinned og håndklæder.

Welcome to our beautiful log cabin, surrounded by nature, and within short distance to the Kattegat Sea and the gentle beaches. The house consists of 3 rooms + a loft. Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.

Many nice terrace free from wind and neighbors There’s room for hole family and nice light and nature coming via the huge windows. Everything inside house are very good quality. Nice bathroom with spa for 1-2 persons, 13m2 Activity-room. Playground and minigolf only 100m away..... Price incl electricity, water, heating etc.
