Huset har foruden tre værelser en stue/alrum med brændeovn og en udestue med udsigt til den store parklignende have, med trampolin og bålsted. Der hører en sø og en skov med til grunden. Huset er beliggende 2km fra stranden og 5km til nærmeste købmand. Den charmerende by Sæby kan nås på 10minutter i bil
