The market house is a historic gem and is protected as a monument, designated as the first hostel in Saxon Switzerland. The house frames the market square in the reflection of the market church below the castle ruins on the romantic Painter's Way. Vaulted cellar and foundations date back to 1527. The main house was built in 1734 and operated as a relaxation area, a post office and a tavern. In 1850, a massive extension in the classicist style took place. Röhringer ran the Hotel Sächsische Schweiz here.

The house is located in the 2nd row on the hillside directly on the forest and is only accessible by steps. The Zaukennest is designed for 2 persons, simple extra bed is exceptionally possible.
