Sitting pretty in a wild flower meadow surrounded by open fields, this barn conversion is countryside simplicity at its best: updated appliances and rustic furniture arranged for open-plan living to relax unwind and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. The barn is located in the meadow behind our thatched cottage. The space is entirely your own and is self catered with a well equipped open plan kitchen. We're on hand should you need any advice or assistance during your stay, though you'll have your own privacy and can interact as much or as little as you'd like. Enjoy pastoral tranquility here whilst being within an easy 10-minute reach of the medieval charm of Lavenham. Public footpaths are close by or venture further afield to admire the beautiful Cathedral in Bury St Edmunds. Once you arrive in the barn, there is a small collection of books about the surrounding area and county. We can of course recommend places to visit.

Little Oaks is a unique 1 bedroom cottage. It is surrounded by fields yet in easy reach of the A14 and cities/towns like Bury St. Edmunds and Cambridge. It has its' own private fenced garden and their is a play area on site that children can use if they would like. It is a new conversion. The cottage is in a peaceful setting however this means that WiFi is provided by a mobile device which is fine for collecting emails and surfing but not for downloading large volumes of data. Swallow Barn is situated off a quiet lane in a small village surrounded by beautiful countryside and wildlife.
