It has its own private entrance, bathroom & AC, as well as a small kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a queen bed & a cot available, as well as ample street parking. All are welcome.

Central Boulder Garden Suite
The space has its own bathroom, access to food prep, bedroom, and living room. It is about 900 sqft, and basement level. Queen bed is in the bedroom, (air mattress available.) The house is about 1 mile from pearl street, .8 miles to a groceries and coffee, and just down the street from Mt. Sanitas for hiking. Also half a block from a bus stop and an e-bike doc is about 3 blocks away! Also there is the north boulder rec center with pickle ball courts.

Please note: as the apartment is connected to main living area, muffled sound travels between the spaces. We honor quiet hours between 10-7. Most guests don’t find this to be an issue. As you’ll see in the photos, the Murphy bed can be folded up during the day for more space.
