Loved it

The shipping container had more space than I was expecting. The pictures online look exactly like the inside so no surprises! It’s in a very secluded wooded area that made for great privacy and a relaxing stay.

The shipping container atop the steep hill sets perfectly nestled amongst trees and the tuscora river you will not regret the great opportunity that this well thought out small space has to offer.

Me and my boyfriend and our dog, Cleo, had the best time staying at this cute little place. It’s super close to town and lots of places to go for walks with Cleo. We loved the hot tub and all of the cute touches inside as well. 10/10 recommend. Also, the host was really great at communicating with us. Thanks so much!!

Very cool space in a small town. The house is awesome and doesn’t feel crammed at all. Was a great place for a weekend getaway. House was so clean it felt brand new.

My husband and I spent a weekend away at their place and it was beautiful. There’s a great restaurant, Shy Cellars, about 10 minutes away (be sure to make reservations ahead of time) which was delicious. Even though it was cold outside and there was snow on the ground the tiny house was warm and cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing weekend.

We loved the tiny home. Such a nice private space by the wood line. We will definitely look to book again on our next trip to the area.

The Klein Haus is a lovely, little retreat nestled in the country. The tiny house was spotlessly clean and was well stocked with coffee and oatmeal for breakfast. The house was so cozy and warm; even on a very cold night. We were charmed by the special touches throughout the house and thoroughly enjoyed our retreat - free from the interruptions and distractions of home!

The stay was absolutely incredible. It was just what we needed- super peaceful and serene. Patience was always quick to respond and made us feel even more welcome. Great place to escape the chaos of reality!

A wonderful place to stay!

This cabin is truly a special getaway! Nothing can beat what this rental has to offer...particularly my favorites: the campfire, the front porch rocking chairs, the twinkly outdoor lights and the sounds of the babbling brook! I kept the windows open above the bed in order to sleep to the soothing sounds of the water flowing by all night. The cabin was cozy, gorgeous and clean, with that amazing wood smell as soon as you stepped in. It is beautifully designed with everything you could possibly need! Not to mention the hospitality of the owners...the cinnabuns were amazing! I can only hope that I get to spend more time here in the future again! Thank you!

This place was exactly what we were hoping for... a secluded, cozy cabin where we could get away for the weekend. The space was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and hope to stay here again!

Oh my gosh! This was my first Airbnb experience and it has definitely set the bar very high. The cabin was beautiful and quaint and the aesthetics were just what I was looking for. The weather was just nice enough to where I could turn the heat off and open the window to listen to the creek. The bridge over the water and the Riverstone gravel really set the mood for me. The workstation inside was wonderful and I sat and wrote there for hours every day. It’s close enough to some nature preserves which also offered wonderful hiking and broke up my day. Plus, I’ve never seen so many amenities in one place! Truly a charming experience

Extremely clean & relaxing! Patience was very responsive & supplies all the right amenities. We enjoyed the fire pit & fresh spring water. Very nice cabin with thoughtful touches!

This is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway, and my husband and I did just that! The cabin has a great layout, though its small you feel like you have tons of room and have everything you could need. We cooked our dinners, the stove worked great, and there's plates, bowls and even wineglasses provided. The TV is a smart TV so you can watch Netflix, and theres blankets to curl up with on the couch. In the shower there's a dispenser that has shampoo, conditioner and even bodywash to use so you dont have to pack your own. The host left us maple cinnamon rolls, juice, microwave popcorn, granola bars, coffee and an assortment of tea to enjoy while we were there. As you can see from the pictures, there is the most lovely outdoor area you get all to yourselves! We pulled up when it was dark and the string lights were on, that paired with the sound of the creek as you walk over the bridge makes you feel like you have your own little paradise to enjoy. I highly recommend and would love to go back!

A great place. Quiet and relaxing.

Well, this may be one of the nicest places I have stayed in my life and it is probably only 20 miles from our home! The pictures do not do this accommodation justice, as there is so much attention to detail that photos cannot capture. This is PERFECT for a couple's getaway. It is suitable for a small family. Because it was Valentine's and everyone was going to be crowded, I chose to make a dinner right there. EVERYTHING was available, spices, pots, pans, even a mixer! Even though we arrived two hours later than we intended, Debbie came back to the house to greet us and make us feel most comfortable. We are century home owners and I was awestruck over the refurbishing that took place at this property. The floors, quilts, the choices in furniture, the upgrades for the bathroom and kitchen. It was all PERFECT! We will be back!!

Decor and functionality are always at the top of the list when I look for a place to stay. This small cottage has the latest style - I loved the cozy chair corner and the room with the futon and desk. The master bedroom was also really cozy. Functionality wise, there are hooks in the bedrooms, bathroom and hallway. I loved having a latte maker on the Keurig. It is a very pleasant and peaceful place to stay.

Sheila's cottage has many sweet touches and is perfectly sized for a nice retreat or just a night away settled not far from interesting places to explore or stay in and sit out back and gaze up at the stars

THE place to come for a weekend getaway and yet still close enough to fetch the staples. I stayed for a winter getaway, but will be returning this summer for some fun in the ponds. I highly recommend a trip to Cabin Maple Pond.

Such a lovely place for a quiet get away! The leaves were just beginning to change when we visited and the location was very quiet and private. We can't wait to go back in the summer when we can enjoy all of the lake features also! The house was wonderfully clean and had all of the supplies to make cooking (if you choose to do this) easy. The muffins left for our visit and carrot cake jelly were a delicious touch!

The cozy red cottage is the perfect place for anyone looking to vacation in Ohio. It’s centrally located close to the Amish country and the football hall of fame. Both places are about 20 minutes away. The cottage is very cute and cozy. I loved the heater that burned wood pellets. The cottage is located on a horse stable and the owners are very nice about letting renters explore the property and see the horses. The owners were quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely stay again.

Private beautiful 2nd floor apartment with private entrance. Far enough away from everything to be quiet and peaceful in the country but 10 to 20 minutes away from all of the local sights.

Aaron’s place was just what we were looking for for our visit to see family in the area! Very clean, private and comfortable. We will definitely be looking to stay here again when we are back in the area.

We loved this stay! Private entrance, cozy studio, Roku to watch the TV, hot water to make tea at night...it was perfect! Dundee falls is less than a minute drive away, which make for a nice morning walk before exploring Berlin and the surrounding area. This made for a lovely overnight getaway from home. Thanks, Aaron!

The stay was absolutely amazing. A beautiful property and great value. We had a group of us staying and there was so much room for everyone, a game room for fun, a hot tub to relax and an amazing kitchen to cook in and hangout. Not to mention the theatre room! The host were so quick to respond and very helpful with questions we had. I definitely recommend this place!

My husband and 3 other men came for the Mid Ohio Draft Horse Sale from North Carolina. This house was perfect for them. Sheila was incredibly helpful in answering my questions!

Idyllic setting, great historic place!

I’d recommend staying at Kari’s 10/10 times! It was great.

Kari' place is breathtaking! I loved the tranquility and the added entertainment (toys for children and a trampoline). The apartment is attached to the owner's home. Rent the entire place is not completely accurate, the owners live on the property, the apartment is attached and completely accessible to them. We did not stay in the apartment much, so it was not a problem, otherwise it would have been uncomfortable.

Beautiful country setting! House has plenty of space and was very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. Kari and her family were warm and friendly as they greeted us upon check-in. We would definitely stay here again!!

We absolutely loved the hosts and the location. My wife did laps in the pool. My daughter in law from Taiwan bonded with all of the animals. The weather was fantastic. We had family drop in for a reception. You couldn't ask for a better retreat. We highly recommend this B&B or the other house on the property. Loved it! Don't miss out on this great space.

The house was really neat and had so much character and history. We had plenty of space, felt comfortable in the home and slept great! It’s a beautiful area very close to Amish country and the wedding site we were at the day we stayed. And they had a bunch of kids toys that was unexpected but made it that much more enjoyable for my two little guys!

Kari's place was wonderful to stay in for the night before my wedding! There was plenty of space, and the location was perfect. The compound itself is stunning, and there are puppies to greet you on your way in. We would absolutely stay again!

Kari’s place was wonderful! The space was sparkling clean, there were plenty of towels and bedding, and she is quick to communicate. We had exactly what we needed to cook in the kitchen and Kari even let us know that if we needed anything that wasn’t there that we could come next door and ask her for it. Great stay!

This farmhouse is extremely quaint and was so perfect for our winter visit back to the area. Check in was easy, everything was straightforward, and the animals on the property (chickens, horses) made for such a great setting. We would return!

We had an amazing Thanksgiving weekend with family and friends at Kari’s unique farmhouse and were amazed about how beautiful and cozy this house is! Highly recommended to anybody who likes relaxing getaways out of town. Five stars!

This house is exactly as described. Absolutely no complaints. Very clean and comfortable, love the location with some beautiful animals on-site. The host was wonderful with giving some local tips. My bed was super comfy.

Kari answered my questions immediately and Erich was around if we needed him, which we did not. He came and talked to us as we were loading up to leave. This is the place to stay! What a beautiful farmhouse. The horses, rabbits, deer and hens made you feel right at home. The location was fantastic for our needs. Kari and Eric were very helpful and were there when we needed them but allowed us to have our privacy too. A definite stay to get away from the everyday rushing of everyday life!!

We stayed here for a small family reunion of sorts over a long weekend and really enjoyed it. The home was a wonderful mix of historical charm with modern comforts like multiple full bathrooms which comes in handy with a large family. We were surprised at how comfortably cool the house stayed even on a very warm day. The backyard is a wonderful oasis and all the kids spent many fun filled hours in the large in-ground pool. There are many chairs for sunning and a table for enjoying a meal outside. The hosts were very responsive to questions before and during our stay and very accommodating about our arrival and departure times, enabling us to really enjoy the long weekend. One of the hosts, Gary, was kind enough to greet the first of our party to arrive and give him a full tour of the house. Gary then checked on us via text throughout the weekend to see that we were enjoying ourselves. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a home for a large family or families planning to be in the area who want to enjoy spending time playing by the pool and just having quality time together. Zoar itself is very quaint and has many interesting historical spots but keep in mind this is a small village so we really spent most of our time enjoying the home and it was great.

This stay was one long breath of fresh air! Our group had an absolutely wonderful stay in Zoar. Everything about the house was as-advertised or better. The house was large, clean, and well-equipped, and the pool and pool area were absolutely gorgeous. The house is beautiful and historic, but appropriately modernized, and easily held all 12 of us. We were able to make good use of the flat-top grill and ended up not eating any meals out, which was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay! Sam was easy to reach and quick with responses. The house, along with the whole village, was historic and very unique. We all loved it! The outdoor area was perfect for the adults and children in our large group. There was also plenty of space in the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies to make large meals. Within walking distance to the house there is a coffee shop, antique shops, lots of historic and beautiful houses to see, a wetlands with walking trails, and bike rentals to explore the area. I would definitely recommend this house!

Our stay at Zoar house was wonderful!!! Gary was an excellent host!! He offered dinning out suggestions as well as places to explore in the area. It was a family vacation and every person felt that Gary went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. Do not hesitate if you are interested in this property! You won't be disappointed!

This is not just a house to rent, this is an experience. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. He also checked in to make sure everything was okay via text which I thought was very considerate. The home is absolutely amazing! I basically just spent two days in that amazing pool and will definitely visit again!!! If you are looking for somewhere to have a small gathering, this is it!!!

Great getaway! My family and I have stayed here multiple times for the holidays. Lots of beds, great communication, they even decorate the house for Christmas for us when we come in.

Debra and Bob’s house is beyond cute/awesome. If you’re traveling to the country of Ohio, stay here instead of any hotel. You get an authentic experience. Loved it!

A lovely home with kind hosts who are friendly and also respect their guest’s privacy. This could be a peaceful sabbatical for a writer seeking private indoor space with little distraction and the freedom to wander the pool deck to be inspired by stars at night. It could also be a quiet place for the busy business traveler who needs a place to work indoors and some laps in the pool or soak in the hot tub to unwind at the end of the evening.

So at first your like, this is a lot for a room. It's not! You get so much! The pool, snacks, recommendations for restaurants, and the huge game room downstairs that included a pool table darts a gigantic TV, and so much more is well worth the price! The bed was very comfortable in the home is sparkling clean!

I highly recommend staying at Todd & Bernadette’s! They make you feel so comfortable, and offer great extra features such as a pool, hot tub, and theater room. If I take another trip to the area, I’d choose their place again!

Todd and Bernadette were extremely welcoming and friendly! The kitchen was well-stocked for the guests with lots of snacks and K-cups and bottled water. The outdoor space, complete with a TV, hot tub, and pool was amazing. I wish we had been there in the summer to enjoy all of it. The days we were there were cold, even for fall. There is a movie room in the basement with a huge screen and tons of DVDs to choose from. The living boasts a 55 inch screen TV that we were welcome to use. There is also a large TV in the bedroom and WiFi throughout. Other amenities include several game tables downstairs. There are plenty of restaurants delivering if you are so inclined to just chill out at home. The full-sized bed was a little small, especially since we are used to a king, but it was very comfortable. It was a great experience, and we hope to come back some summer.

This was our first experience with air bnb and it will be hard for any future accommodation to live up to this one. Everything was perfect from the gorgeous home and pool area to the fantastic hosts. We highly recommend!!

Beautiful, well kept home in the heart con Strasburg. Stopped there on my way to Canton for the NFL Hall of Fame. Al and Natalie are wonderful hosts. Even though I had to leave early and couldn’t join them for breakfast, they were so kind to prepare a bag with snacks for the drive back. The room had everything I needed. It was super clean, cozy and decorated accordingly to the house’s over 100-year proud history. Would love to be back in the future!

On the fringes of the heart of Ohio's Amish community, but just far enough away from too many tourists and all the traffic. Convenient to all the major Amish attractions. Just down the road from an amazing restaurant (Shy's) and culinary experience. Large, quiet rooms with ample seating and a small table for 2. Highly recommended!

The Garner House was a tremendous place to stay. While we did not get to meet Natalie, Al was a very welcoming host, eager to provide service along with a narration of the house's history. Breakfast was a great surprise. Al provided a restaurant recommendation for dinner that surpassed our expectations.

A beautiful stay! We really enjoyed our stay with Rose. Her house is absolutely beautiful, clean, in a great neighborhood and only about five minutes off the interstate. The room was a good size, with plenty of closet space to put your things. Clean bathroom as well. If we are ever in the area, we hope to stay here again!

We were fortunate that another room opened up with Natalie because she and her husband are the embodiment of welcoming hosts. It's a lovely historic home in a charming town within a short drive of the Amish country. The rooms are clean, beautifully decorated and our hosts provided lots of little welcoming touches. As for the breakfast - be hungry! They use seasonal ingredients and the presentation is impressive. They made wonderful recommendations for local restaurants for our other meals as well as directing us to some other great places to visit in the area.
