This weathered lived loved home has been in the family since built in 1908. No relation to a hotel room, but clean, comfy, and a convenient location.

Charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom sunny apartment above our garage with a private entrance. Open concept, counter seating for 5 people. New appliances and cozy table seating area. Pullout queen bed couch. Bedroom with TV and ample drawer space. 1.2 miles to beach, .3 miles to serene wooded walking trails and 4.5 miles to downtown Portsmouth shopping and restaurants. We have 2 very friendly black labs on premises who like to hang out on the property… dog friendly is a must!
