Walk to Long Sands Beach - we are 0.4 miles from the beach, about a 7 minute walk. July/August are 7-day Sat to Sat only rentals. BYO Linens and Towels. Cottage is on a charming unpaved road in a quiet neighborhood of small 1950's vintage seasonal cottages. Walking distance to downtown York Beach which has a zoo, restaurants, penny arcade and fun shops. There is a rolling beach cart and two beach chairs available for your use. If you are looking for a restaurant close by try Stones Throw.

Parking for one vehicle in front of house with table and grill outside. Hampton Beach is a great area to visit. Fantastic beach and adjacent boardwalk with restaurants and entertainment. We are on the north end of the main beach; quiet area but only 10 minute walk to the Ballroom Casino. No pets.
