Our house, built in 1992, is located on the outskirts of Rümmelsheim and was renovated by the end of 2024. The “Weinbergsliebe” vacation apartment offers high-quality furnishings with subtle wine themes. Rümmelsheim, surrounded by vineyards, is close to the Rhine, Nahe, Rheinhessen and Soonwald. Surrounded by charming vineyards, guests can experience authentic country life. Highlights include Layen Castle, the “Mee(h)r sehen Tour” wine trail and local amenities such as a village store and restaurants.

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our SCHOTTENHOF winery and integrated into our farm building. The closest neighbor is about 100 meters away. The 4-hectare courtyard is idyllically located in the middle of the vineyards and is accessible on two sides at ground level. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the yard. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please do not book!

Charming half-timbered dream in Stromberg's old town

Treat yourself to a visit to our half-timbered house Anno 1690, renovated in 2019, in the very quiet old town of Stromberg, right by the Schlossbrunnen fountain below the 3 castles. The kitchen on the 2nd floor is excitingly located in the former battlement of the city wall. The medieval building still has the typical steep oak stairs and the ceiling height is outside the norm. Cozy stay in the house and as a starting point for hikers & bikers....for relaxation and adventure...

With 150 Sq. meters, it has a large living room with balcony, full kitchen, den area, and 2 bathrooms (one with large bathtub and the other with shower. There are 2 full bedrooms with queen beds. Also, one smaller bedroom suitable for 2 children with bunk beds. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Easy access to local restaurants, train, Rhine day trips, hiking, chair lift, wine tasting and more.

Accessible, lovingly furnished apartment, with old half-timbered elements & modern furniture. The conversion took place from Oct. 18 to March 19. The parking lot is right outside the door. The apartment is equipped with a cozy relaxation area with massage chair to relax and unwind. The rooms are open and bright. In the sleeping area there is a high-quality box spring bed, 1.80 x 2 m and in the living room the couch can be used as a sofa bed 1.40 x 2 m. TV is rotatable.

Sit back and relax in this comfortable place to stay. Enjoy the sunset on the sun terrace. The apartment is suitable for 4-6 people. In the living room, there is 1 pull-out bed (180 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 200) available. In the bedroom there is a double bed, a wardrobe and a dresser. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area invites you to cook and enjoy. The daylight-filled bathroom has a shower tub and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available.

Our accommodation is the ideal place for guests who do not want to do without comfort on the go. Here you will find everything to relax and feel good. It is possible that you will be awakened in the morning by birdsong. Whether you're here for a holiday or a business trip, you'll be happy to arrive.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
