Our B&B is located on the upper floor of our house on the outskirts of the village of Boskamp in the municipality of Olst. You have your own entrance upstairs with 1 bedroom, a cozy room with built-in modern kitchen and a private bathroom with wonderfully soft, completely lime-free water and toilet. You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the opportunity to enjoy the seat outside in peace. (Breakfast is provided free of charge by us.)

Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

Lunch E 5,- Dinner E12.50 ask about the possibilities and pass on diet/wishes. In addition to the extensive breakfast, which is included, fresh baked bread rolls and filtercoffee with backed eggs can be prepared by appointment at the agreed time. The accommodations are located in a charming cottage, a 1-minute walk from the bustling city centre of Zwolse and each cover a floor. This apartment covers the upper floor. Both spaces have a fresh interior and are suitable for longer stay. A private place ideally located near cinema, supermarket and parking garage.

This accommodation is right in the city center. You will love the place because of the coziness in Lemmer. Across the street, you can enjoy the boats that sail by. Water sports are an important element. Shops (also open on Sundays & Thursday afternoon market), restaurants and beach are within walking distance. Parking (free) across the street and public charging point for electric cars.
