Small holiday bungalow detached for up to 5 people. Optimal for two or three. 5 would rather be 2 adults with 3 middle-aged kids. Ideal for people looking for peace "without" all the tourist hustle and bustle, with natural stands nearby. Palmer Ort, Yellow shore or campsite beach Pritzwald (see photos). Not far from the cottage is Boddengewässer. Stralsund is 26 kilometers to Binz 32. They are within half an hour of almost all the hotspots on the island.

Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.

The apartment "MeerTied" is located in an annex on a spacious, private garden property with a pond. Relax on your sun terrace or head to Mecklenburg – Vorpommern's most popular attractions. The historic old town of Stralsund (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is about 10 km away. In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches.

We will ensure your peaceful and comfortable holiday in a well-maintained ambience. Furthermore, we can provide our guests with a beautiful garden in which you can relax in the middle of nature. In our in-house bike rental, you can rent modern bikes to explore the island.

Vacation home for two in Lassan opposite Usedom

The cottage for two is a tiny house on the outskirts of Lassan; the front on Wolgaster Straße, the back with an open view towards Papenberg – and everything easily accessible (e.g. the harbor in about 1 km, publicly accessible beach at the nature campsite 1.5 km), because there are two bikes available free of charge. The cottage it contains only this one apartment and it is also the only one on the property.

The hotspots Binz is 20 minutes away and the town of Bergen is only 10 min away.

Our apartment is 40 square meters and laid out separately on the property. This is located in a popular Stralsund residential area, from which the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, bedroom, children's room, bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue facilities. A car parking space is available. It is possible to store bicycles brought with you.

The open design offers a view outside from every corner of the house. In the house is a sauna, shower, bath and shower toilet. In the garden you can grill under the canopy, we have a gas grill for you. Wifi with approx. 25Mbit/s

In 12-15 minutes you are on the beach and have lots of shopping. Our apartment has one bedroom for 2 people. a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking and Wi-Fi are included in the price.
