Our Scandinavian house is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this holiday home is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

Apartment No. 3 (50 m²) in the Villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is only a 2-minute walk via the private path. The national park and the harbor are also only about a 5-minute walk away. The apartment has a combined living room/bedroom, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The highlight is the enclosed east balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. On request, we will put fresh rolls outside your door every morning.

Fully equipped 1-room apartment (34 sqm) in Villa Glückspilz for 2 people directly on the Binzer beach promenade in the immediate vicinity of the pier and shopping street. For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernized by the end of 2025. Unfortunately, the construction project is significantly delayed. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Dear relaxation seekers, you are in the right place if you want to relax in the countryside, away from tourism, surrounded by nature. Our romantic cabin can be found in Poggenhof, 2 km from Schaprode, the gate to Hiddensee, quiet and idyllic. The house is 35 m², has a bedroom and a sleeping loft for two. Bicycles, barbecue, playground, TV, fireplace and Wi-Fi are waiting for you free of charge. Please bring textiles.
