You will stay in a sunny (southwest-facing) location, close to the center and yet close to the forest for beautiful hiking tours in the grove. Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.

Our property is located in the middle of nature on the outskirts of Dittrichshütte, a village at an altitude of 600 meters. It is very quiet with us as the road is hardly used. The accommodation is a great starting point for hikes and sporty mountain biking or motorcycle tours.

Our apartment is located in a rural area, between the state capital of Erfurt and the cultural city of Weimar. The two cities can be reached by car in about 10-15 minutes. In Sohnstedt directly there is a very nice sauna area (Pelto-Bad), which invites you to relax. The area around the Hohenfelden reservoir with its numerous recreational opportunities is about 12 km away.
