The cozy cottage from 1923 is located in the first row overlooking Kalundborg Fjord. On the ground floor there is a lovely living room and kitchen with direct access to a large wooden terrace with sea views. There is a private staircase down to the beach with a jetty. There are several beautiful view terraces. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a heat pump. There is a bathroom with underfloor heating. On the first floor there are bedrooms with stunning views. In the garden there is an annex with 2 beds. In the garden are the most beautiful trees.

Stay in a fantastic scenic area a few minutes' walk from the beach and right next to the beautiful golf course. Røsnæs is something very special, and besides a sea view, you can hear the sound of the sea. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach, where there is a private bathing jetty. The kitchen has all the facilities, with a barbecue outdoors, and in the summer there are plenty of berries in the garden as well as horseradish, which you can eat. At the end of the road (the dam) you come to the nature area, where you can walk the Røsnæs round route.

Welcome to our little oasis in the scenic Saltbæk 🌸🌳🌊🌅🏡❤️ **No cleaning fee is included in the price and you must therefore clean up after yourself. Remember to bring your own bed linen, sheets, towels, dishcloths and tea towels as well as toilet paper and, if necessary, kitchen roll. Also bring firewood for the wood-burning stove** Just a few minutes' walk leads you into the forest and there is about a 15-minute walk down to the beach which offers a good bathing jetty, the cleanest sea water and the most beautiful sunset.

Experience lovely Røsnæs near Kalundborg in a beautiful cottage with panoramic views of the water from a large living room with an open kitchen. The cottage is in the middle of Denmark's probably largest wine district. There is a nature on Røsnæs with a lighthouse, which is worth visiting, and the house is located so that you can choose walks on both the north and south sides of Røsnæs. There are swimming opportunities from the swimming bridge and opportunities for coastal fishing, tennis, golf and to visit wine farmers.

Welcome to our cozy house in Kalundborg! The house is a charming detached house from the 60s on a hilltop overlooking the fjord, the Coastal Forest and the Asnæs peninsula. A five-minute drive from the property, you can visit one of Denmark's most beautiful natural areas, namely Røsnæs. Here is also Denmark's largest vineyard. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large terrace overlooking the sea. If you feel like a dip, the nearest jetty is only a short walk away (800 m). We look forward to welcoming you!

The house has only 2 neighbors and there is a small forest nearby. Surroundings: There are many opportunities for hiking and cycling. Good fishing opportunities by the beach. Distance to beach with jetty 300 meters. Røsnæs harbor has a good sandy beach and swimming area about 3-4 km away. Golf course 1500 m.

Space for 10 guests in five bedrooms, each with a real double bed. The annex with the last two bedrooms is included in the price. Designed by Høyer Arkitektur in 2022 as a low-impact house and furnished with design classics. The sunset over the bay is the house's best view.

Relax in this unique and brand new cottage, which is just a few minutes' walk to the beach, with a fantastic view of Jammerland Bay and the Great Belt Bridge. There is always peace and tranquility in a gated community. With plenty of wildlife in the free and wild nature, with deer that often come very close. 11 km to Novo Nordisk, there is a direct back road there, so you don't have to drive in a queue.

Krogebæk

The house is a renovated farmhouse surrounded by meadows and small forests. The location at the end of a long dirt road with only a few neighbors gives you the feeling that you are all by your self. The water is 2-300 meters away and the sunsets by the sea are marvles. Pets are welcome - and there is a small horse available right next to the house.
