Beautiful and Cozy Studio

This modern studio has a private entrance, full kitchen with all the cooking basics and a full sized refrigerator and microwave as well as a 3/4 bathroom with a shower (NO Tub). There is a full sized futon as well as a twin sized air mattress if needed. This beautiful studio has an amazing view from the top of the hill and is within walking distance to historical downtown, Restaurants, shopping, and a ton more! *Homeowner lives on site in the house above the studio* *dog must be less than 30lbs

The main bedroom is upstairs with a king bed (brand new) and there are two bedrooms on the main floor ( queen ) with an accessible bathroom and walk-in shower. No steps into home. Casino 5 mins away
